I would not recommend this nail salon at all. The place was extremely dirty, which was honestly the first red flag. On top of that, the service was terrible. I paid $60 and the customer service was rude and dismissive the entire time. They barely spoke, AND WHEN THEY DID, they acted irritated like doing my nails was a burden. My nails came out uneven, bulky, and just poorly done overall—not even close to worth what I paid. The whole experience felt rushed and careless from start to finish. Between the dirty environment, bad attitude, and low-quality work, I definitely will not be returning or recommending this salon to anyone. MIGHT I ADD .... there was no language barrier, I continue to express my concerns and when I did, the technician continued to sigh and huff and puff. I tried to "trust the process", but I just couldn't settle for the horrible nail work. I could've left, yes, but I was giving the benefit of the doubt. I did call the salon after I left, they did refund me $30, which I used to get my nails fixed at Lee Nails in Spencerport (they did phenomenal). There is no excuse behind the poor work and arrogance. There is nothing complicated with milky white color and almond shape. I expressed very clearly what I wanted. Do better, and clean the salon.
Worst pedi I've ever received in my life. Spent 3hrs in this nail place. Nails weren't cut or cleaned. Feet not scraped. I chose the $60 pedi. The girl doing my nails was clearly not a nail tech. She put 3 different lotion packets on my legs and feet. After wasting 1.5hrs of time, she then begins to paint my nails with the oldest nail polish ive ever seen in a salon. This was by far the worst experience of my life and I will never go back.
